Paperless Office
Our office is completely digital. Your chart, including images and notes, is saved on a computer server to maintain continuity of care. If your doctor or a specialist would like to see your x-rays or other materials, we can easily send them—with your permission.
Electronic Claims Processing & Payment Information
We will submit your insurance claim on your behalf. Please bring your insurance information to your first appointment.
Payment, including co-insurance, is expected on the day of services. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We also accept CareCredit, a service that allows you to make payments over time.
